Super Corretor de Gabaritos

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Super Corretor de Gabaritos, you agree to these terms. This is an application designed to assist teachers and educators in the automated grading of assessments, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

2. Credits System and Purchases

Credits are the app's virtual currency, consumed with each answer sheet graded. You can obtain them in the following ways:

  • Direct purchase via the platform's native payment system (App Store or Google Play).
  • By watching video ads in the "Earn Credits" section.
  • Referral programme for new users.
  • Welcome bonus on first access.

Nature of credits: credits are consumable virtual goods, personal and non-transferable. They have no monetary value, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Refunds: all purchases are processed exclusively by the app store payment system on your device (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective store in accordance with Apple's or Google's policies. Vmarc Automação does not process refunds directly.

Loss of credits: unused credits are permanently lost in the event of account deletion. There will be no refund, transfer, or recovery of credits after deletion.

3. Data Responsibility

Notice: As we value your privacy, answer sheet data is saved locally only on your device.

The following are the sole responsibility of the user:

  • Performing manual backups of their data (via the app's export tools, where available).
  • The physical and digital protection of the device on which the data is stored.
  • Acknowledging that uninstalling the application will result in the permanent loss of local data.

4. Technical Limitations

The App uses computer vision algorithms. Reading accuracy may vary depending on:

5. Referral Programme

The App offers a referral programme whereby the user can invite others and receive credits as a reward. The programme rules (credit amounts, limits, and eligibility) may be changed at any time by Vmarc Automação. Attempts to defraud the referral system (such as creating fake accounts) will result in the cancellation of irregularly obtained credits and may lead to account suspension.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Vmarc Automação reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent use of the credits system, attempts to circumvent the advertising or referral system, or any use of the application contrary to applicable law.

7. Support and Attachments

By using the support function and submitting attachments, the user warrants that they hold the rights to the submitted content and authorises Vmarc Automação to use such files exclusively for debugging and technical assistance purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, logos, and algorithms are the property of Vmarc Automação. The use of third-party libraries (such as OpenCV) is governed by their respective open-source licences, as detailed in the Credits section of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

Vmarc Automação may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app on the user's next access. Continued use of the application after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Contagem/MG being elected as the exclusive venue for the resolution of any disputes.
