Right to be Forgotten

In accordance with the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and the privacy guidelines of app store platforms, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data held on our servers.

⚠️ Important Notice: Irreversible Action

Account deletion is a permanent process and cannot be undone. Upon confirming the deletion, the following will occur:

Your access to the application using the registered e-mail address will be permanently revoked.
INCLUDING: Your entire credit balance will be deleted. There will be no refund, transfer, or possibility of recovering unused credits.
Any profile data and support attachments linked to your account in our cloud will be permanently erased.

What happens to my answer sheets?

As stated in our Privacy Policy, images and answer sheets processed by the application are saved locally only on your device (phone or tablet). To delete this data, simply remove the answer sheets individually within the app or uninstall the application from your device. Vmarc Automação does not have access to this information to delete it remotely.

How to delete your account

✅ Option 1 — Directly within the app (recommended)

The fastest and most secure method. Deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation:

Open Super Corretor de Gabaritos.
Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
Tap My Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Delete account".
Confirm your identity when prompted (password or biometric authentication).
Confirm the deletion in the warning alert.

After confirmation, your account and data will be immediately deleted from our servers and you will be signed out of the application.

📧 Option 2 — Request by e-mail

If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion via our support channel. To ensure the security of your account, the request must follow the steps below:

Send an e-mail to suporte@vmarc.tec.br.
Use the subject line: "Account and Data Deletion Request".
Mandatory Verification: The e-mail must be sent from the same e-mail address you used to create your account in the application.

Upon receipt, our team will process the deletion within 72 business hours and send a confirmation e-mail.
